Student of the Month: Jerry F.

Students at CORE are hardworking, kind, and smart. We want to recognize their efforts and let them know how proud we are to be working alongside them.

Our August Student of the Month for Olean is….Jerry F! Jerry joined our program to improve his reading so that he could pass his CDL permit test. Others told him it would take 3 to 4 years to improve his reading enough to take the written test, but Jerry worked diligently to achieve his goals. He wanted to have his permit by his birthday in June, and here he is in July with permit in hand. With his determination, we know that Jerry will continue to do well as he takes on CDL classes throughout August. Jerry continues to expand his reading and     math skills after seeing the way it can improve his life. Way to go Jerry!! 🎉
