Employee Spotlight on Whitney Worthington

Literacy West employees have been given the opportunity to nominate a staff member in recognition of their hard work and dedication to the organization. This month’s employee spotlight was nominated for her work ethic and the contributions she has made towards the Youth Program at Fillmore Central School.

I have been working in the human services and education field for over 20 years. I came to CORE The Learning Center in May 2019. I am the Program Site Coordinator for Genesee County and the Assistant Data Manager for the Finger Lakes Region. I am passionate about serving my community and as an avid reader, I truly believe in the importance of literacy from childhood to adulthood.
