Employee Spotlight on Cassie Graff

Literacy West employees have been given the opportunity to nominate a staff member in recognition of their hard work and dedication to the organization. This month’s employee spotlight was nominated as she has been a valuable asset to the CORE team and continues to make a positive impact on our students and staff.

Our July employee spotlight goes to…. Cassie Graff!

“Cassie has been willing to help out wherever and whenever she can at the Mt. Morris site. She is a phone call away when something unexpected arises and has been flexible in meeting new clients for intakes, coordinating and conducting testing and stepping up to complete other Program Site Coordinator specific duties.”– Jess & John

I have been working in the human services and education field for over 20 years. I came to CORE The Learning Center in May 2019. I am the Program Site Coordinator for Genesee County and the Assistant Data Manager for the Finger Lakes Region. I am passionate about serving my community and as an avid reader, I truly believe in the importance of literacy from childhood to adulthood.

Cassie Graff

“Since remaining as Program Site Coordinator in Batavia and assuming the role of Data Manager in the GLOW region, Cassie has been working hard to ensure each coordinator is supported when a question or concern comes up, has helped with year end organization and data submission, and has without hesitation worked directly with staff to better their understanding of their job responsibilities to better meet the requirements of their positions. She has been and continues to be a valued member of the team, a champion for the organization in Genesee County outreach and involvement, and is an exemplary employee at CORE.”– Adrianna
