Employee Spotlight on Adrianna Seewaldt

I’ve been fortunate enough to experience other parts of the world and still love small town America. I found my way back home to Warsaw, NY and into a position that allows me to work with local organizations in identifying disparities, and help reinvigorate our communities by better meeting the needs of the people we serve. I have always been passionate about connecting with people. After a year in this position, I truly believe that the connections we create can lead to growth and change, and those connections start with a simple conversation. Our mission of empowering the communities we serve through lifelong learning begins with the empowerment and support given to our employees. I’m honored to be recognized as a valuable asset and proud to be a part of Literacy West NY, Inc. team.
